The Rational
In order to assimilate mutual cultural competency views in various organizations, the institute developed a method which leads organizations to focus on professionalizing diversity management and to deal with issues against a background of overt or hidden covert in intercultural communication.
MABAT 2020 is a systematic and inclusive training for multicultural organizations in intercultural communication that enables developing growth, as expressed by a spiral movement. As in the past, during the traditional era, organizations were structured on a paradigm of homogeneity and tribalism, so as to strengthen existing cultural character. Thus today, organizations must operate on a paradigm of mutual cultural competency to provide multicultural organizations, rich in diversity and the ability to grow in conditions of rapid innovation and multiple collaborations.
The Approach
The organizational world known to us is changing daily. Now more and more multicultural organizations understand that in order to create unity, collaboration and greater achievements, they must invest in bridging existing intercultural gaps between diverse groups of people within. More and more organizations understand that they must assimilate tools and skills for intercultural communication into their training
The Method
Mabat Training
MABAT constitutes a practical and applicable training to manage diversity in organizations.
Most of the organizations that joined the management training process fed back that the level of communication and collaboration during common projects among employees from various population groups, and even distanced ones, improved significantly. This picture emerged too from institutional organizations such as health centers as well as business organizations such as leading hi-tech companies that invest in this field.

Basic Training
This training intended for new employees and covers the below:
- Introducing employees to organizational cultural competency (Bentancourt and Benoqua, 2002).
- Exposing intercultural encounters in organizations - its complexities and opportunities.
- Introducing MABAT model - four types of intercultural encounters (Kremer Asaf, 2016)
- Instilling practicable skills "Communication in a multicultural environment".
MABAT HR
This training focuses on human resources leaders. The training combines:
- Quality lectures
- Workshops
- Demonstrations including digital means, online short films and tests.
Program fundamentals:
- Study meetings including practical lectures and workshops
- Directed learning training on three levels: rational, approach and means
- Assimilating tools and skills to strengthen diversity in organizations through practical workshops
- Advanced support program to deal with promoting intercultural issues in organizations
- Program is intended for groups of up to 20 participan
- MABAT-HR is adapted in content and time as required by customers.
Management Training
This training focuses on middle management and includes:

- Use cases analysis
